An alliance of VCs, angels, and emerging investors opening capital corridors between the world’s startup ecosystems: investors on one side of a route, founders, funds, and deal flow on the other, warm introductions in both directions. Not a fund, an alliance. First route: the Gulf to San Francisco.
Private capital is changing. A new wave of investors is entering, and the old infrastructure was never built for them.
Getting into private markets still means finding the right room, reading the right people, and untangling paperwork most newcomers were never shown. The knowledge stays narrow. The access stays closed.
VC Alliance exists to change that, not by tearing anything down, but by connecting investors at every level as peers, opening the knowledge, and making the introductions that move things forward.
We start in San Francisco, the capital of innovation, and build outward, one corridor at a time.
Gulf investors meeting US investors, funds, and deal flow. US investors and funds meeting Gulf LPs, markets, and opportunities. Everything else we do supports that connection, with partner offices across the Gulf region and a home base in San Francisco.
Gulf → US. Gulf investors and family offices meet US startups, funds, and curated deal flow through the Alliance network in San Francisco.
US → Gulf. US investors and funds meet Gulf LPs, markets, and opportunities, through partner offices across the Gulf region.
Warm introductions, both ways, always free. Advisory on entering either market is the engagement that sits alongside it.
US companies entering Gulf markets; Gulf companies and funds establishing a US presence. Localization, partnerships, and on-the-ground support through partner offices across the Gulf region.
Request advisory →Consultations and programmes on how US venture works and how Gulf capital moves, for investors and operators on both sides, in English and Arabic.
Request a consultation →Introductions are free. Always.
Eight ways the Alliance supports its members, all free: from the first introduction to the knowledge that helps them invest with confidence. Introductions are never for sale.
Core
The heart of the Alliance. We open doors, connecting members to the right investors, founders, and operators through curated introductions rather than cold outreach.
These are the technologies the next decade is being built on, and they are where the Alliance's network reaches: founders, funds, and the specialists worth putting in a room with them. Tap any sector to see what's inside.
These are the markets we know from the inside, and where our screening is worth something on its own.
Capital-intensive, long-horizon, and physical. Harder to reach cold, harder to judge from a distance, and rarely surfaced by networks built for software. We source across all four and bring in the specialists who can assess them.
We do not claim technical diligence across all eight. In the second group our work is matching interest to opportunity and bringing the right specialists into the room. Members do their own diligence, always.
The Alliance is based in San Francisco, which means almost anything worth reaching is a few introductions away. Coverage follows our members: when someone in the network goes deep on a sector, so do we, and we bring in the operators and specialists who know it properly.
Looking at something that isn't listed here? Tell us. That is usually how a new sector enters the network.
Start a conversation →The Alliance is deliberately mixed. The value is in the room being made of people who don't usually share one.
Emerging and established GPs who want sharper networks, better intelligence, and a community that moves with where the industry is going.
Active and aspiring angels who want real deal flow, honest peer feedback, and a way to invest alongside people who know the terrain.
Operators and founders from recent exits and IPOs, ready to invest but new to how it's done. Here they get the map, the room, and the support.
I come from both sides of the corridor the Alliance is built to open.
The gap between Gulf capital and Silicon Valley isn't distance. It's understanding: each side's market, culture, risk appetite, and priorities. I've spent 25+ years living in both.
The first decade in finance: I studied Macroeconomics at LMU Munich, then worked in investment banking, compliance, and risk management across the Middle East, and co-founded a money market platform. I know what makes Gulf capital move, and why it says no.
Fifteen years in San Francisco: Google, a Caltech degree in AI, ML and Data Science, and Meta Bang, the consulting firm I run with a team drawn from AWS, UCLA, and Harvard. Along the way I co-founded multiple AI-native platforms and helped connect founders with investors worldwide.
The Alliance is the room where those two worlds finally meet. Capital and ideas already flow between the Gulf and Silicon Valley, but only through closed doors and private networks. We are building the open door: a room where serious investors and serious founders on both sides find each other and reach their full potential.
Founding members don't just join the Alliance. They shape its standards, its community, and what it becomes.
We'll be in touch personally as the founding cohort comes together. Welcome to the Alliance.

Open formVC Alliance (VCA) is a member alliance of venture capitalists, angel investors, and emerging investors, based in San Francisco. It is not a fund or a brokerage and does not invest itself. It connects members to each other, to funds and fund managers, and to vetted founders through warm introductions, deal sourcing, advisory, learning, and community, and it opens cross-border capital corridors, starting with the Gulf to San Francisco.
Membership is open to venture capitalists, angel investors, and new or first-time investors, as well as university accelerators and innovation funds, incubators, limited partners (LPs), and professionals working in venture. Whether you have deployed capital for years or are writing your first check after an exit, the Alliance is designed to have a place for you.
No. The Alliance facilitates connections, knowledge, and introductions. It helps members find opportunities, form communities, and reach funds and managers, but it is not a fund, broker-dealer, or registered investment adviser, and it does not offer or sell securities or move capital on behalf of members.
You apply through the membership form on this site. Membership is personal and curated: once you apply, a member of the Alliance reviews your application and reaches out directly to learn about you and see if it is the right fit. Applying does not guarantee acceptance. Keeping the community high-quality is part of what makes it valuable.
Basic membership is free. Spots open in periodic phases and every application is personally reviewed, which is how the Alliance keeps the community high quality. Additional or premium tiers may be introduced over time and shaped together with the founding cohort, and we are always transparent about what any membership involves before you commit.
No. The Alliance is rooted in San Francisco and the Silicon Valley ecosystem, but it is global by design. Members participate from anywhere, and in-person convenings start in San Francisco and expand outward over time.
The Corridor is VC Alliance's global initiative to open the world's capital routes to investors and founders locked out of them. Cross-border venture access today belongs to sovereign funds and billion dollar institutions. We bring vetted investors, family offices, funds, and founders from both sides of a route into one room. The first corridor runs between the Gulf and San Francisco. More corridors will follow. Explore The Corridor.
No. Alliance introductions are free and always will be. We run separate commercial advisory practices covering Gulf market entry for US companies and capital preparation for US managers. Those are distinct engagements.
No. We do not raise capital on behalf of funds or companies, solicit investors, or take any compensation tied to capital raised. Our advisory engagements are fixed-fee. Introductions are uncompensated.
Membership in the community itself is about knowledge, networking, and peer connection, and welcomes investors at many levels. However, participating in any specific private investment is subject to applicable securities laws, which may include accreditation requirements. You are always responsible for ensuring you meet the legal requirements for any investment you choose to pursue.
