The Corridor

Gulf capital is inside American tech. Just not for you.

MGX, PIF, Kingdom Holding, and Sanabil write the sovereign-scale checks. Everyone below that scale is locked out. We are mapping exactly where the door is and how it opens.

The gap

The gap below the headlines

Family offices and private investors across the Gulf, in Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Doha, and Kuwait City, hold serious capital and no structured path into San Francisco venture. SF founders and funds want that capital and have no credible way to reach it. Billions on one side, deal flow on the other, and no bridge built for anyone writing checks under nine figures.

Help open the first corridor

We are mapping the corridor with investors, founders, and funds on both sides of the route. Wherever you are in the world, if you want in on a corridor, whether it is this one or one still to come, become a founding member of the Alliance and shape how it opens.

The model

One corridor at a time

Gulf ↔ SF is the first route, not the only one. The model travels: vetted investors on one side, the founders, funds, and deal flow they can't reach cold on the other, with the Alliance carrying introductions in both directions. More corridors come next, one at a time, each mapped first and then built. Think a route should be next? Tell us which one to open.

The Corridor Findings Report

Every participant receives the full report: real data on channels, pricing, deal access, and friction from both sides of the corridor. A limited number of report copies will be released beyond the participant group.

01 · Who

Investors, family offices, founders, and funds on either side of a route. Pick your corridor below; if yours is not open yet, your interest decides which route we map next.

02 · How

Request the report and tell us your corridor. Some participants we invite into a short conversation about how they access deals and where the friction is. Findings are always aggregated and anonymized.

03 · Why

Participants get the full report first, an invitation to the private dinners, and a founding seat in the corridor they helped map.

San Francisco  ·  The Gulf

Private dinners run alongside the mapping in San Francisco, with gatherings across the Gulf to follow.

Small, invitation-based evenings for participants and friends of the project.
