This Privacy Policy applies to VC Alliance LLC ("VC Alliance," "VCA," "we," "us," or "our"), based in San Francisco, California, and to personal information we collect through our website at vcalliance.org and venturecapitalalliance.org, our membership community, our events, and our communications (together, the "Services"). For the purposes of applicable data-protection law, VC Alliance LLC is the controller of the personal information described here.

Each provider processes information under its own privacy terms. When you subscribe to our newsletter, your email is handled by our newsletter provider in accordance with its privacy policy.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use care when sharing sensitive information and keep any account credentials confidential.

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you access the Services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those of your country. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.
